Loved Karen vande bossche’s poem! Starts out simply explaining an event and then gets into the meat. Tears, space, loneliness. Poetry is a great outlet for feelings. Writing and reading.
I loved Andrea Ruggirello’s short story; stunning conclusion.
Lovely detail and melancholy woven throughout Ruggirello’s story. So much contained in so few pages.
Karen Vande Bossche’s poem is amazing! Loved it
Karen Vande Bossche’s poem was a great read of a descriptive story. I definitely like her style of writing.
Absolutely love Karen Vande Bossche’s poem; I would like to read more of her work!
Karen Vande Bossche paints with words so I can wander the gypsy campground, hear the guitars, smell the smoke from campfires and check out the folks. Strong imagery throughout her poem.
Karen Vande Bossche’s poem ended perfectly, and yet too soon. Hope we get to read more from her.
Ms. Vande Bossche’s “Djangofest” was such a tender and melancholic description, I found myself able to feel and experience the sounds and sensations. Would love to see more of her work!
Regarding Djangofest by Karen Vanderbilt Bossche
Such a beautiful poem, so full of emotion, so descriptive I felt like I was there.
Really liked Karen VB’s skill of painting the sights and sounds of the scene for me.
Intrigued by Ruggirello’s The Seine and its character’s “river of shadow.” Beautiful short story.
