“I stole away from the road that connected all of the towns. I walked into the wilderness, stamping out an unprecedented trail, until I reached a great field. There was a large sign at the edge of the field. It read, distinctly: There is no language beyond this point.“
– From “The Immutable” by Chad Lowther
Impressive rhythm and deceptive simplicity on Christina Murphy’s “The Face of Cosmology.” An interesting glimpse into each world-weary character’s tedium.
Love the imagery and simplicity of Karasik’s poem.
Completely engrossed in “Falling” by Dave Elsensohn. Felt like a convincing female voice.
As i get older i, like others have before me and others will after,we look back on speed bumps as trivial. Karaisk’s time machine motion reminds me of a past life i missed yet found again in the eyes of my wife. Bravo!
Really like the cadences and subtlety of nuance in Dini Karasik’s poem.
i looked for more work by dini karasik. perhaps in a future issue.

Ms. Karasik’s poem was beautiful, relatable. Looking forward to seeing more from her.
Beautiful verse, Ms. Karasik. The blue, the purple, the slipping into …. loved it. I felt like I was right there next to her.
Loved Dini Karasik’s poem. Beautiful imagery, great verse, very moving.
Wow. what we already know. Those damn colors always showing us the truth. Loved every word. Amazing writer! Iowa needs you to share this!
Karasik should write more. And you should publish it.
